in Guatemala and will be funding computer rooms and teacher training for two other rural Community run
schools in the department of Quetzaltenango.

For the second year now, our sponsored school Fundación Santa Maria in Bogotá
and Coe Elementary in Seattle are joining for a year long partnership full of
projects. The teachers have compared curriculum, and have identified
commonalities for the first trimester: Native people, and the Colonial time.
The first projects are due any days now.
The schools have exchanged students lists, and this year, students will be able
to converse through email with their buddies.
